What services do you offer?
We treat patients of all ages and provide a wide range of services including urgent care, physical exams, treatment for infections, skin conditions, and hormone therapy. The list includes: telehealth, DOT physicals – DOT certified, school & sports physicals, work physicals, Rx refills, wellness checks, IV fluids & rehydration, stitches & suture removal, wound care, joint & muscle injections, hyperbaric therapy and more.
How can I make an appointment?
To schedule an appointment, please call us at 618-204-2897. Our friendly staff will assist you in finding a suitable time for your visit to our clinic.
What insurances do you accept?
We accept: Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Champ VA, Cigna, Health Alliance, Health Link, Humana, Medi-Share, Medicare, Meridian, United Health Care and more. If you don’t see your insurance listed, call for more info. We also offer affordable self-pay options for those without insurance coverage.
What are your office hours?
Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 4 pm and Friday from 9 am to noon. We are closed on weekends and major holidays, but you can reach us by phone during business hours for any inquiries.
Do you offer telehealth services?
Yes, we provide telehealth services for certain consultations. This allows you to receive care from the comfort of your home. Please inquire when you call to schedule your appointment for more details.
